Questions

Can you match an unusual size?
Most standard door openings (32 in., 36 in., 42 in.) are covered by our catalog. For non-standard openings, we measure first and quote a custom order. Lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks for special sizes.
Do you replace the jamb?
Standard replacement assumes the existing jamb is sound. If we find rot or damage during measurement, we quote jamb replacement separately before we schedule install day.
What brands do you carry?
We source primarily from Guy C. Lee Building Materials. Brands include Therma-Tru, JELD-WEN, and Masonite. Availability varies by order. Ask when you submit a quote request.
Why $700 labor?
The $700 covers a two-person crew, removal of the old door, installation of the new unit, shimming, fastening, weatherstripping, and cleanup. It does not cover hardware, paint, or storm doors.
What if my install is more complex?
If the opening needs structural modification, a full frame replacement on brick veneer, or anything that pushes it into a bigger build, we bring in a licensed GC partner and run it as a joint project. One point of contact, one quote, one schedule.
