Renovations
Small projects, precision work.
Scoped renovations, handled like a custom home. Kitchens and baths drawn before demo. Floors, tile, and built-ins priced in writing. Fixed scopes, fixed prices.
What we do
Eight scopes, one way of working. We draw it, we price it in writing, then we build to that drawing.
Kitchens
The hardest room to get right and the most expensive to redo. We draw the layout, price the whole scope, then build it once.
Layout drawings, cabinetry, counters, backsplash, lighting plan, appliance rough-in, and the trim that ties it together.
From $8,000
Bathrooms
Three scopes, from a vanity and fixture refresh to a full tile surround. Two to four weeks, priced in writing before we start.
Vanity, fixtures, tile, glass, ventilation, paint, and a written punch list at the walkthrough.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered plank, and tile floors. We measure the whole level and check subfloor flatness before we quote.
Subfloor prep, underlayment, install, transitions, shoe molding, and haul-away of the old floor.

for small projects
We treat a $5,000 door job with the same drawings, pricing, and precision we bring to custom homes. You get a real scope document, a fixed price, and a team that measures twice.
Our background is in precision work where mistakes have real consequences. Custom-home drafting, pharmaceutical metrology, military avionics. That is the through-line: we show up prepared, we hit the number we quoted, and we clean up when we leave.
- 01Design-first thinking. Every job starts with a scope document and a fixed price. No verbal agreements, no change-order surprises.
- 02Precision under stakes. The same discipline that matters in avionics and pharmaceutical calibration applies here. Measure, document, verify.
- 03Transparent pricing. You see the line items before we start. Labor is not hidden in a vague installation fee.
